Job Profile & Responsibility
The post is for a Customer Service Associate/Clerk in the clerical cadre. You will be responsible for handling customer service and other clerical duties at the bank's branches.

Selection Procedure
The selection will be based on an online test. There will be no interview for this post. The test will have five sections: Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (with a focus on Banking), and Computer Knowledge.
