Vacancy Details
The vacancies for this post are district-wise and are considered anticipated vacancies. This means the exact number of vacancies will be decided later. However, applications are invited for all 14 districts of Kerala. You can only apply to one district. Applying to more than one district will lead to disqualification.
Differently Abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post.
Educational Qualification
You must have passed the Plus Two examination or an equivalent exam recognized by the Government of Kerala or the Government of India.
Age Limit
The age limit is 19 to 30 years. Only candidates born between January 2, 1995, and January 1, 2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Age relaxation will be given to OBC, SC, and ST candidates as per government rules.
Physical Standards & Fitness Test
This is a very important part of the eligibility criteria. You must meet the physical standards and pass the physical efficiency tests.
For Male Candidates:
- Height: Minimum 168 cm (160 cm for SC/ST candidates).
- Chest: Minimum 81 cm with an expansion of at least 5 cm.
- Physical Efficiency Test: You must qualify in any 5 out of the 8 events of the "National Physical Efficiency One Star Standard Test" given in the official notification.
- Endurance Test: You must run 2 kilometers in 13 minutes.
For Female Candidates:
- Height: Minimum 157 cm (150 cm for SC/ST candidates).
- Physical Efficiency Test: You must qualify in any 5 out of the 9 events of the "National Physical Efficiency One Star Standard Test" given in the official notification.
- Endurance Test: You must run 2 kilometers in 15 minutes.

The selected candidate will be placed in the scale of pay of Rs. 27,900 - 63,700/-.
